Many years ago, when a devastating car accident fractured Susan’s back so badly that doctors told her she would never again be physically active and would live a life of chronic pain, she proved her doctors wrong. She now regularly participates in a variety of fitness activities including hiking, weight training, in-line skating, biking, horseback riding, pilates, and yoga.
