A disciplined mind creates a disciplined body, and from that comes an exhilarated mind. When the road of life is steep, keep your mind even. Control of the mind is essential to feel like you're walking on air.
I treat my body with the respect that it deserves; I feed it a rainbow of colorful produce and other foods found in nature. My body is sacred and all my actions today reflect my high esteem for my body temple.
